We set new standards by integrating and combining the innovative technologies eKanban, Auto-ID products and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles).
This combination enables the necessary reaction speed even and especially in unplanned situations. The determination of requirements and subsequent reporting to a superordinate server is reliably carried out in connection with the customer’s own ERP system and through our long-established software-based eKanban system ID.EPC®.
The order of the call-off system initiates the fully automatic retrieval of the materials as well as the subsequent exact provision of the required quantity in the supermarket or also in the AKL (automatic small parts warehouse). Depending on the prioritisation, the independently navigating AGVs transport the transport units already pre-assembled in the supermarket. They then transfer the replenishment units broken down into individual containers fully automatically and precisely by means of a lifting device directly into the individual channel of the production rack.

With our system we offer you the possibility to call up 100% of your replenishment requirements fully automatically and in real time. The replenishment supply is also fully automatic from the supermarket/station/ AKL to the production shelf or to the point of consumption.
In contrast to cost-intensive manual solutions or rigid route trains, the material replenishment supply can be carried out in highly individualized assembly and production environments with high precision and flexibility.
This considerable dynamization of the replenishment process also ensures significant savings in space requirements by reducing the volume of material provided at the point of consumption.

THE ADVANTAGES OF ID.ADD®
Full product removal by worker
Operator removes containers from the rack chute. An automatic material replenishment order is generated by radio.
Train station/supermarket/small parts warehouse
Order data is sent to the system (ID.ADD®) and a delivery sequence for the next cycle is generated, as well as a list for the correct filling of the moving shelf. At the station, the system is loaded based on the missing containers in production.
Fully automatic SLC delivery to the production shelf
ADD® moves precisely to the racks to be supplied in order to transfer the containers directly into the roller conveyors. The delivery is confirmed as soon as the container is on the production shelf.
Fully automatic empties collection
Another special shelf is used to collect the empties from production. A special mechanism releases the empty containers on the production shelves and transfers them to the vehicle.
Collection and provision of LLC’s
The fill levels of the pallets/trailers are automatically detected and sent to the drive system as soon as a shortage or full quantity is reached. The system then picks up the goods and supplies the site with new full or empty material.
