The ID.ADD® from IDENTYTEC® is the solution for fully automatic replenishment control and delivery of small and large load carriers by driverless transport systems. We set new standards by integrating and combining innovative technologies.
The ID.LASER® from IDENTYTEC® permanently records the most diverse filling levels. From the monitoring of containers in the SLC area, to layer detection in the LLC area, to the monitoring of bulk material – the ID.LASER® automatically detects the minimum stock level and ensures material replenishment.
The ID.SHELF®switch from IDENTYTEC® records the status of the switch at all times. If a SLC is removed, depending on the positioning of the ID.SHELF®switch, a need for replenishment arises. ID.SHELF®switch detects when the minimum stock level is reached and automatically triggers an order.
The ID.TAG® from IDENTYTEC® is a universally applicable call button. Individually configurable messages can be transmitted to almost all systems. From entries into the system, over messages to the ERP, to messages to addresses or terminals, can be reported by pressing a button.
The ID.TRACK® from IDENTYTEC® automatically detects the removal of trolleys and trailers from a monorail track. The ID.TRACK® detects the removal at the respective place of consumption and sends a material replenishment order to the system without delay.
The ID.EPC® is the software solution for control and administration of all sensors from IDENTYTEC®. Tailor-made and 100% developed in-house, ID.EPC® offers all conceivable options for processing the functions and messages of IDENTYTEC® sensors.
